Closet Crisis

Anyone ever tried those 'Space Bag' thingies? I need help with our linen/game closet, as you can see.

Space bags are good, but garbage bags work just as well. Just do the reverse air thing on the vacuum, scrunch end of bag around the nozzle and when the airs all sucked out, use an elastic band to tie it off.!

Actually, you don't need the reverse air thingy on the vac, thats for when you want to blow airbeds etc up. Don't know what I was thinking!! I don't seem to be getting any wiser with age!

Whew! I am just relieved that I am not the only one that needs help with my linen closet:) It is one of those projects that just never seems to get "tackled"!

Space bags do really really work. They also hold a surprising amount of stuff. We used them for our exchange student when she was returning home and she got everything into the required 2 suitcases. It was amazing!!!

They do work. In fact, I have one peeking out from under my bed right now with our winter blankets in it. They are great!

You could also buy an additional wire shelf for the game shelf to make it easier to stack and remove and replace them.

Wish I had a linen closet...ALL my closets look like this and I try not to let anyone see them. I've used the bags that bedding sometimes come in to store things though...it seems to work for us. (You know, the plastic see through ones with the zippers?)
