Home Again Home Again

We arrived home last night from our vacation in Colorado. We had so much fun! It was relaxing and wonderful to enjoy each other and God's creation in the gorgeous Estes Park area. I think all the kids loved it, too--with, perhaps, the exception of the killer western Kansas/eastern Colorado drive. The case can be made, I think, that all of that boring flatland makes the mountains even more breathtaking. What a contrast! One note I've made to myself: Next time, bring more Adventures in Odyssey cd's! :)

Here are a few pictures. I'll try not to bore you with too many...

It looks like you had a wonderful time! Colorado is such a beautiful state! I'm jealous! =) oh, and I love the mohawk! Tim and I noticed it at church the Sunday before you went of vacation. Your son is so cool! =)

Ohhhh, Sarah. I cannot take any responsibility for Noah's hair. I hated it! I can say 'hated' because I shaved it off this morning. :)

Tim thought it was hilarious! Was that his idea? We thought it was funny. =) I meant to talk to you Sunday after church and ask about it, but I didn't have time to! Well, I'm glad you got to chave it off! And, I'm glad he got to enjoy it on vacation. I'm sure he loved it!

And by asking if it was "his idea" I mean was it Noah's? Did Kevin have something to do with it too? I'm sure once Sawyer gets older he'll want a hair cut like Noah's one day too.

Noah's idea, Dad-approved, and I relented...for one week!

Looks like you all had fun! I just love the picture of Joseph in front of the fireplace. He looks so big! Btw, you can't bore me with more pictures -so feel free to post some more. :)

I'm at Faith's gymnastics right now, but I can't wait to get home and show Davis the pictures of Noah's mohawk! I think he is going to be jealous...
