Blueberry Recipes

Dana, I have not even thought about what I'm doing with all those blueberries! I just washed and sorted them and threw 'em in the freezer because I knew I wouldn't have time to do anything with them this weekend (Mom did make us some nice muffins on Friday afternoon, though). I found three recipes I'm thinking about trying: here, here, and here. I need some good recipes for the Fourth...or the third, as it will be here. :) Anyone wanna share?

I can give you a pie, cobbler, pancakes, buckle, & muffin recipe. But I'll have to e-mail them to you...let me know what you're looking for.

My parents have a blueberry patch and every year we always got TONS. I miss having that available to me now. Enjoy them. They look quite tasty. :)

Thanks, ladies, for the links! I usually just do cobbler, pancakes, and muffins (or eat them on cereal with sugar!). It is good to get some new ideas.

I'm working on blueberry recipes for our food blog and this is one I'm planning to try this weekend:

I'm also going to try a green salad with blueberries and toasted pecans and a blueberry cobbler with cornmeal batter on top.
