Last weekend we had a great time at our church's annual costume party! The theme was "Storybook", and it was fun to see all the creative costumes on kids and adults.
Here, we have a little pirate, a ringwraith, Clara from The Nutcracker, The cat and the fiddle, a knight, and Tiger Lily. I am some generic queen. And yes, I know: that's a whole lotta purple.

Mom, Kevin and I had a *ahem* misunderstanding about his costume. He thought I was getting it together, and I thought he was. Oops. So he went as himself. :)
Ok, please educate me. What is a ringwraith? I'm sure I could google it, but I am feeling lazy.

Liz, ringwraiths are the weird scary bad guys (or some of them) that chase Frodo in The Lord of the Rings. My older two love those books and movies!

ohhhhhhh! No wonder I didn't know what it was. I've never watched the movies or read the books. They're not really my 'thing'. That whole genre of movies/books are not my favorite.
