My kids love to play with play-dough, and I do let them sometimes, but the cleanup seems to take forever...or at least longer than I like. I can't believe that I've never thought of this before! I think we'll be turning play-dough into a (mostly) warm-weather activity from now on.
Here's my recipe for play-dough. I love the homemade stuff.
Rowan and Joe had an alfresco only restaurant. Rowie was the manager and the sous-chef. (Did she get that from Ratatouille?!) Joe was the hard-workin' cook.

A while back I used a recipe with Borax. It made a different kind of play-dough, the name escapes me now, but it's TONS of fun. I need to pull it out and make it again. FUN! =)
I love this play do too... it is so soft ... I have only made it once. You would think 19 yrs of hs-ing and six children I would of made it more!
My children love when we made it. We also made white mud. Have you heard of that? It's a lot more mess but they loved it.
it is with grated ivory soap, toilet paper and water~ they have very clean hands afterwards~ lol
Thanks for sharing.
Blessings,
Teena
